Whether you are a small business looking to make a good impression with professional stationary and your first mailer, or a major organisation looking to produce a targeted communications campaign from concept to distribution across print, web and multimedia, you'll receive the same customer dedication and attention to detail.

Our approach to design is that of bringing together collaborative teams on a project by project basis. We are fortunate to have the resources to enable us to do this and add that something extra to our customers' material.

That SATRA D&P retains and serves the majority of its customers over a long period and, indeed, many of these customers increase their request for our design services year on year, is testimony to our approach and dedication. Design projects can often be split into the following stages:

Initial meeting

After your initial contact we'll arrange a meeting at your convenience to discuss your requirements. We'll talk about your goals and how working with us can help you achieve them.

Designs & ideas

Once a direction for the project has been established, we will provide you with a series of designs and ideas. Usually these will each show what key areas of the project will look like (e.g. front cover of a brochure, plus an inside spread) in a variety of styles.

Production of a chosen design

Once a style is agreed, we'll complete the design accordingly throughout the document. This will be a collaborative process with you to get all areas looking just the way you want.

Proof and print

Once everything is designed we'll send you a final proof to approve. Then we'll send your items to print and have them delivered to you when they're done.
